For the ISBM Doctoral Competition, electronic submissions must follow the following rules:

• Preferred file format is Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).
  
• Follow the following system for naming all files submitted as attachments

1. Filename for Proposal: DC10-Yourlastname.doc

1. Filename for your Vita: DC10-Yourlastname-CV.doc

1. Filename for your Advisor: DC10-Yourlastname-ADV-CV.doc

• If co-advisors, name them ADV1, etc.

• Any other documents submitted electronically should be named in the same manner:

1. DC10-Yourlastname-description.doc

• Any e-mails relating to the competition should have the following in the subject line: ISBM 2010 Competition. Entries should be sent to LNicolini@psu.edu
