How’s your Serve?
Many product companies aspire to ride the wave of the service revolution as part of their growth strategy. However, a significant number of them stumble as they enter the new context of services. What can product-centric companies do to avoid the culture shock that often accompanies the shift toward services? During this engaging webinar we will discuss “How To” implement the best practices that have been learned from product-centric companies which have created growth through new service strategies.
Peer Insight has studied this challenge across industries ranging from building automation (Johnson Controls) to consumer electronics (Microsoft) to aircraft power (GE). In this seminar, we will share our findings on how product-centric companies can transition to being total solution providers by developing the customer-centric assets that drive profitable growth in the services era.
