The Big Talk: Big Talks are held twice per year, in the fall and spring. Each is a day and a half and we cover a lot of ground on topics most important to you. Past meetings have focused on: innovation, customer analytics, marketing and sales collaboration, the voice of the customer and more. We include speakers from academia and practice, as well as workshops.
Special Sessions for Educators: After each Big Talk, we’ll hold a smaller group meeting for educators, or practitioners responsible for attracting, retaining and building talent. Each special session lasts four hours and mirrors the topic of the Big Talk.
Jam Sessions: We offer three Jam Sessions per year. These are intimate, one-day events held at a member’s firm. Each Jam Session will focus on a particular topic, such as working with Millennials, marketing around sustainability or effective budgeting. We keep the formal presentations light and focus instead on working through tools, templates and frameworks so you can start solving real problems in real time.
