CRISP (Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects) is a searchable database of federally funded biomedical research projects conducted at universities, hospitals, and other research institutions.

The Center for Research in Securities Prices (CRSP), located in the center of the Chicago financial district, is an integral part of the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Daily TAQ

Daily TAQ (Trade and Quote) provides users with FTP access to all trades and quotes for all issues traded on the NYSE, Nasdaq(OTC), and Regionals for the previous trading day.

Data Documentation Initiative (DDI)

The Data Documentation Initiative is an international effort to establish a standard for technical documentation describing social science data. A membership-based Alliance is developing the DDI specification, which is written in XML.
